HIGH PERFORMANCE CUTTING AND TAPPING FLUID WATER RINSEABLE

ASTRO-TAP GP is designed for difficult cutting and tapping applications where superior cling and
viscosity are required. ASTRO-TAP GP performs extremely well on ALL metals including Aluminum,
Stainless Steel, exotic alloys and cast iron.

ASTRO-TAP GP incorporates a unique lubricant and emulsifier which allows residues tobe rinsed off
with mild alkaline cleaners such as Astro-Clean D or even plain water.

APPLICATIONS

Apply ASTRO-TAP GP directly to the cutting tool using a brush, oil can or other convenient applicator.
May be used for drilling, tapping, reaming, milling, turning, boring, broaching, hobbing and blanking of
all metals.

RECOMMENDATIONS

FULL STRENGTH: Apply ASTRO-TAP GP directly to the cutting tool using brush, oil can, or other
convenient applicator.

USED AS AN ADDITIVE: Add 25 – 50% ASTRO-TAP GP to straight or sulfur-based petroleum
cutting oils.
